Since its inception in 1974, the key goal of FLUID CONTROLS PVT. LTD. has been
“continuing excellence”. With a core team operations began with the manufacture of pneumatic valves and fittings. Within a short span of time, our focus on quality and our credo of excellence earned us the acclaim of our valued customers.
Based on these early successes, FLUID CONTROLS PVT. LTD. commenced manufacturing the range of Double Ferrule Compression Tube Fittings (in Stainless Steel, Brass & Monel) for processing in the oil and gas industries. Designed to meet
the stringent standards of BS 4368: Part IV, 1984, the Double Ferrule Fittings are, today, the standard for all oil and gas applications. The development of cryogenics in India has also prompted us to develop special fittings for cryogenics and high-vacuum applications.
The LONAVALA UNIT manufactures a wide range of valves and manifolds used in conjunction with fittings for specialised applications in instrumentation, oil and gas installations, steam & gas turbines, low temperature gas and liquid gas systems and fine gas.
The GOA UNIT manufactures a range of Pipe Clamps that provide stability to piping without any transmission vibration & Flanges to SAE (ISO 6162) and CETOP (ISO 6164) specifications. Specialised instrumentation accessories such as air-distribution Manifolds, seal pots, condensate pots and syphons are also manufactured in this division.
