Ashoka Distillers & Chemicals (P) Ltd was incorporated in 1986
and the distillery set up in 1987 in Vill. & Teh. Hathin, (Via
Palwal), Distt. Faridabad, Haryana about 90 Kms south east of Delhi
by M/s Goel and Associates. The distillery is set amongst
beautiful fields away from all pollution on a 15 acre site.
The company manufactures Indian Herbal Spirits (country liquor) and
Whiskey, Rum, Gin (indian made foreign liquor). The main raw
material is sugarcane molasses and grains, which is procured from
sugar mills and markets in the surrounding region.
The
distillery consists of two modern rectified spirit plants having
capacities of 25,000 litres per day each, one neutral spirit plant
of 20,000 litres per day one grain spirit plant of 20,000 litre per
day and six bottling lines capable of producing 20,000 cases per
day. Modern manufacturing and testing facilities are employed
to ensure that products manufactured are of excellent and consistent
quality. There are a total 100 nos of employees and the
company has an annual turnover of Rs.461.3 million (USD 10.03
Million).
